1. Cancellation Policy
For Buyers
- All buyers are eligible to cancel their purchase within the warranty period if the vehicle has an engine-related issue, which wasn't disclosed at the time of the original purchase.
- Physical damages - dents, interior wear and tear, are not covered under the cancellation policy.
- Once the warranty period expires, cancellations are not accepted.
For Sellers
- Before a confirmed sale, any seller is able to withdraw their listing without any charges.
- The seller must comply with the refund process, if the cancellation has been done due to an undisclosed engine issue.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for refunds
- A full refund will only be provided for vehicles with engine-related issues that was not disclosed at the time of purchase.
- Physical damages such as scratches and dents on the vehicle make it ineligible for a refund.
Processing Time
- Refunds will be initiated immediately after approval.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the customer's account as per the payment provider's processing time.
